Objectives

   Electricity Food Truck’s Objectives:
“Each company must find the game plan for long-run survival and growth that makes the most sense given its specific situation, opportunities, objectives, and resources. This is the focus of strategic planning—the process of developing and maintaining a strategic fit between the organization’s goals and capabilities and its changing marketing opportunities. (Marketing: An Introduction for Education Management Corporation, 10th Edition. Pearson Learning Solutions p. 39).”
·
Ø  The Electricity’s Mission Statement is to change the concept of the food truck, making it into a friendly and fun consumer service and environment.
Ø  This will be our revolution of the food truck industry, this is an environment where everyone will want to attend for the mini events we will provide. The mission to feed people is of the past and now our intensions are to make it the favorite nighttime food service event.
“The company’s objectives should be defined in specific terms so management can measure progress and plan corrective action if needed to stay on track. This section describes any major issues that might affect the company’s marketing strategy and implementation.(Marketing: An Introduction for Education Management Corporation, 10th Edition. Pearson Learning Solutions p. G7).”
Ø  Being in a city that never sleeps, the night is ours. When others aren’t out we will be, we will be there with an extra daring twist.
Ø  Electricity will always help you in a clean, happy, exciting environment.
Ø  Family environment on Thursdays, fun games and music.
Ø  For the most daring we have exclusive bizarre satisfaction.
“The first step is to set advertising objectives. These objectives should be based on past decisions about the target market, positioning, and the marketing mix, which define the job that advertising must do in the total marketing program. The overall advertising objective is to help build customer relationships by communicating customer value. Here, we discuss specific advertising objectives.(Marketing: An Introduction for Education Management Corporation, 10th Edition. Pearson Learning Solutions p. 386).”
